Student Travel Grant – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Only outstation students whose abstracts/papers are officially selected for presentation at the conference are eligible for the travel grant.
• Proof of student status (valid ID card/bonafide letter from institution) must be submitted at the time of application.

2. Travel Grant

• Eligible students will receive a travel grant to partially support their travel expenses.
• The amount and mode of reimbursement will be communicated individually to the selected candidates.

3. Registration Fee Reimbursement

• In addition to the travel grant, students with selected papers also qualify for partial reimbursement of the registration fee.
• The reimbursement details (amount and process) will be informed along with the acceptance notification.

4. Application Process

• Students must apply for the travel grant through the official portal/form provided after paper acceptance.
• Required documents must be uploaded/submitted before the deadline to claim benefits.

5. General Conditions

• The grant is non-transferable and applicable only to the presenting author.
• Reimbursements will be processed post-conference upon submission of required travel proofs (tickets/boarding passes, etc.).
• The decision of the Organizing Committee regarding the grant and reimbursements will be final and binding.
